Step 1: First, open WhatsApp on your smartphone.
Step 2: Next, you need to click on the three dots shown at the top right corner of the screen.
Step 3: After that you need to open Settings.
Step 4: Click on Account option and click on Privacy option.
Step 5: Now you will see the last view option. Then you will see the option of My Contacts or Nobody.
Step 6: Next you have to select the My Contact option. After that, your online status will be visible only to your contacts. On the other hand, if you select None, your online status will not be visible to anyone.
